Measuring an elegant 10" x 10" square, this original mixed-media artwork balances an intimate scale with an incredibly striking contemporary edge, making it an exceptional standalone accent or part of a modular gallery wall grid.
The composition features heavy, hand-sculpted corrugated waves created by permanently infusing and draping raw textile fibers directly onto the canvas. Saturated in fine plaster and casting gesso, the fabric hardens to lock in dense, repetitive ridges that mimic heavily textured corrugated paper or ancient stone ripples. Styled entirely in our signature monochromatic palette of soft chalk and luminous alabaster nudes, the piece is preserved in our premier ultra-matte, velvety glaze. This raw, completely non-reflective surface acts as a trap for natural ambient light, casting deep, dramatic drop shadows within the corrugated folds that continuously shift and evolve throughout the day as daylight moves across your room.

Art Care: Keep dry. Due to the deep, matte crevices, dust can be safely and easily removed using a clean, dry, ultra-soft makeup brush, painters brush, or compressed air from a distance. Do not use damp cloths.
Framing: Unframed by design. The hand-sculpted fabric flows continuously over all four canvas margins to create a fluid, seamless textile border on the sides. Arrives ready to hang with industrial steel D-rings.
