Shipping & Delivery Guidelines

Thank you for bringing the tactile forms of Bianco Terra into your sanctuary. Because our pieces are individually hand-sculpted and fragile, we utilize strict logistical guidelines to ensure your art arrives safely.

 

Transit Carriers & Fulfillment

All original 3D plaster artworks and structural objects are packed with museum-grade care using a specialized double-box insulation method to absorb transit shocks. We ship exclusively via UPS Ground and FedEx Home Delivery within the United States. Every shipment is fully insured for its total retail value. Please allow 7–14 business days for processing and delivery of collection pieces.

 

Shipping Surcharges & Rates

Due to the substantial physical weight and oversized dimensions of our 40" x 30" statement canvases, shipping rates are calculated precisely based on package dimensions and weight. We utilize premium, insured flat-rate shipping tiers or complimentary insured shipping where explicitly indicated at checkout to provide a seamless acquisition experience.

 

Damage in Transit

In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged due to carrier handling, you must contact us at info@biancoterrahouse.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include high-resolution photographs of both the damaged box packaging and the structural plaster/resin surface. We will immediately process an insurance claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement, repair, or studio credit.
