Refund policy

Thank you for bringing the tactile forms of Bianco Terra into your sanctuary. Because our pieces are individually hand-sculpted, fragile, and one-of-a-kind originals, we utilize strict logistical guidelines to protect our artwork and your acquisition.

All Sales Are Final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. We highly encourage you to carefully review all dimensions, shadow details, resin finish notes, and material descriptions before finalizing your acquisition.

 

Damage in Transit

In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged due to carrier handling, you must contact us at info@biancoterrahouse.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include high-resolution photographs of both the damaged box packaging and the structural plaster/resin surface. We will immediately process an insurance claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement, repair, or studio credit.
